Information on Skin Biology websites is designed to educate consumers on how they might improve skin health but is not a substitute for regular skin care and medical care by a physician or other qualified health care professional, and no information at any time should be interpreted as medical advice nor be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin or scalp condition.
Any decision to act upon any suggestions presented on our websites is at the sole discretion of the individual. Skin Biology accepts no liability for any alleged harm resulting from the use or misuse of products or information given. The individual, deciding to purchase skincare products, assumes any risk of adverse allergic effects from the use or misuse of any suggestions they may read.
Our products contain common cosmetic ingredients and have passed tests that classified the products as non-allergenic and non-irritating for normal persons. We are not responsible for personal allergies to these common ingredients.
Upon the purchase of Skin Biology products, the consumer agrees to the following AGREEMENT: You agree to release Skin Biology, its employees and suppliers, from any and all claims, charges, demands, liabilities, losses, and damages whatsoever resulting directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of any product or suggestion made on our websites (this includes but is not limited to any claims and legal fees of defending or prosecuting said claim).
We recommend to follow all of our suggestions carefully. As with all skincare products, some clients may have very sensitive skin or may be allergic to certain ingredients. If you believe your skin to be too sensitive, damaged or irritated, you may want to decline from ordering these products. Always test out the product on a small area of skin, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Since each individual's skin is unique and different, we do not guarantee results.
Skin Biology does not sell, share, or trade client information. Your privacy is very important to us. Please be assured that information sent to Skin Biology is used solely for the purpose of filling your order. We guarantee that any information supplied to us will not be disclosed to any other group, company, or organization.
Order Cancellations and Arrival Times
ALL ORDERS ONCE PROCESSED ARE FINAL. If we have already processed and shipped out the order, it cannot be canceled. If you are not sure which product(s) to order, contact us before placing the order. Orders cannot be revised or canceled after the order is placed.
For orders shipping to the US: Please allow 21 days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period. Once the order has left our offices we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation.
For International Orders: Please allow 30 days for delivery. However, there is no guarantee of delivery time within this period. Once the order has left our offices we have no control over the postal delivery system. All orders are shipped out with delivery confirmation. All International shipments will require a signature upon receipt.
Keep in mind that Skin Biology does not control Postal service (this is even more apparent in the case of International Orders). Once the order has been processed and shipped out in a timely manner, it is up to the respective Postal delivery services to deliver the item. Skin Biology is not responsible for lost or damaged items due to postal negligence.
Cosmeceutical Skin and Hair Products
Your business is very important to us and we value our clients! Our high quality, cosmeceutical skin and hair renewal products at reasonable prices permits our customers to try new, unique products based on true science that works. Our products have been tested by the world's leading authorities in skin and hair repair. Numerous papers have been published in the past few years in leading medical journals on our products. Just as pharmaceutical products cannot be returned and resold, due to the cosmetic nature of the products we never re-sell returned items. It is also good to keep in mind that most skincare products take time to start to see results, so at least 6-8 weeks of consistent use of product should be allowed to give the products time to work.
If you have purchased a product in error or are unhappy with your purchase, Contact Skin Biology within 5 days of receipt of the item to make an exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization Number without which you will not be able to make an exchange or return.
No returns or exchanges are accepted on Samples or Bonuses (see below).
Our staff double-checks all orders carefully and packs all orders to ensure safe transit to your location. If you receive damaged or an incorrect order you must contact us within 10 business days for an exchange.
If you have received approval to return an item, it must be in its original packaging, and must be unopened (see below). Credit will not be issued on any products that have been opened.
Shipping charges on returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our above policies allow us to keep our costs low so that we can continue to make available unique products at reasonable prices.
Our products work best for intelligent, reasonably happy, and successful people with reasonable expectations who are looking to effect improvements in their skin and hair. Cosmeceuticals, such as our products, often markedly improve skin and hair health and your appearance, but cosmeceuticals are not for everyone. If you desire a rapid and guaranteed improvement in skin or hair appearance, we believe you might be better served by techniques such as dermabrasion, laser-resurfacing, deep chemical peels or hair transplants.

Our bonus/sample arrangement is designed for clients to sample our other products. Please carefully review the following information as it has been revised:
FREE SAMPLES ARE NOT GUARANTEED WITH YOUR ORDER.
If you have ordered $50 or more you MUST indicate at the time of ordering which sample or bonus you would like to have included with your order per $50 ordered ($50+ order = 1 Bonus / $100 order = 2 Bonuses / $150 order = 3 Bonuses, etc.). International orders qualify for a bonus per $30 ordered. Qualifying for a bonus is only if the price BEFORE shipping and handling equals $50+ (or $30+ for International orders).
Bonus product must be an item that is DIFFERENT than your purchased product. Only ONE sample is given per product and samples are not guaranteed (i.e. If you purchased Super CP Serum, you can only choose a sample of a product OTHER than Super CP Serum / If you ordered $150 of product, you cannot choose 3 samples of the same, (3) Body Lotion samples, it must be (1) of three separate items...such as (1) Body Lotion, (1) BioHeal, (1) Emu Oil-S).
If another sample is sent other than the one you've indicated, or if you receive no bonus, this is due to the desired item being out of stock or no longer available. We are sorry, but we do not send out replacement samples.
If the bonus item is currently out of stock, it will not be sent. If the bonus is not indicated at the time of purchase, it will not be sent later. Skin Biology can send an equivalent item or substitute another bonus at our discretion.
When ordering online, bonuses MUST be added to cart at the time of purchase, it cannot be added or shipped later.
Sample packs and free bonuses are not refundable.
BioHeal for At-Risk Skin
If you are not satisfied with BioHeal for improving the health of "at-risk" skin, return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus our shipping charges. This offer is only for persons with skin problems arising from eczema, psoriasis, diabetes, contact dermatitis, HIV-AIDS, Sjorgen's syndrome, cancer treatments, or persons who are bedridden or using wheelchairs. If you do not fall in this category see our Return Policy as outlined above.
Book / Publication Return Policies
Books purchased through Skin Biology will usually arrive to you shrink wrapped. Our return policy on book publications is that your money can be returned if the book is sent back with the original shrink wrap unbroken. Books must be returned within 30 days. Funds will be returned minus a 20% restocking fee.
International Orders - Responsibility for Customs Charges
Clients are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Some people try to avoid customs taxes by refusing to pick up their orders that are held by customs, then tell us that they never received their order. They hope that a resent order will will slip by customs and they can avoid the taxes. Then, after we resend the order, the original order is returned from the Customs Officials in their country. In one case, we resent an order 5 times and it was returned from customs each time.
Be advised that any order not picked up from Customs or the Post Office, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
Skin Biology will always indicate the accurate value of the products when filling out customs forms. Please do not ask us to list it as "gift" or at a reduced price. We honestly and accurately fill out customs forms.
Lost/or Stolen Orders (after delivery)
We are not responsible for any orders lost or stolen after delivery. Any such claim should be taken up with your local postal service or carrier.
If you feel you have received a defective airless pump please first attempt to re-tighten the cap which many times solves the problem of the pump refusing to work.
If you have tried this and it proved unsuccessful, please Contact Skin Biology within 10 days to request an exchange. You will be given a Return Authorization Number without which you will not be able to make an exchange. Once we receive the airless pump we will send out samples equivalent to the amount of product that could not be access.
